CREO’s AI Enablement practice helps life sciences, healthcare, and technology organizations unlock the value of AI through strategy, governance, adoption change management, and hands‑on training.

As a Consultant on this team, you will own client engagements end to end — leading teams to stand up AI Champions programs, launch workshop series, operationalize governance frameworks, and drive measurable adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience or equivalent leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions that drive adoption and business value.
• Demonstrated leadership managing project teams with autonomy and accountability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office and a portfolio of client-ready deliverables.
• Fluent with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client AI engagements across the full lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end AI enablement projects with multiple workstreams.
• Identify AI use cases and translate pain points into opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop client deliverables: decks, roadmaps, governance artifacts.
• Design and facilitate training and champion programs.
• Support business development by proposing enablement engagements.
• Maintain executive-level communication and governance.
