Job summary

Actian Corporation seeks an AI Enablement Lead to architect and scale the AI enablement strategy, building foundational platforms and tooling for safe, rapid AI deployment across product teams. You will drive LLMOps, data pipelines, and agentic workflows to accelerate the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.

You will lead production-grade AI features, establish governance, monitor performance and security, and mentor non-AI engineers to adopt AI capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML engineer or software architect with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Strong Python or Go and expertise in LLMs, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Experience with AI governance, monitoring, and production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design core AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks for company-wide use.
• Embed AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform with core engineering teams.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for AI models.
• Optimize cloud/API compute spend and latency for production AI features.
• Lead upskilling workshops and create blueprints for non-AI teams.
