MediQuant, Inc. seeks a senior AI Enablement Engineer to lead secure, scalable AI capabilities across enterprise products. You will specialize in LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation, collaborating with architects, security experts, and delivery teams to accelerate data mapping and testing workflows.

This role emphasizes governance, production readiness, and measurable adoption outcomes, with hybrid work options and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive AI/ML engineering with hands-on LLM development.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals (tokenization, context windows, reasoning).
• Experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
• Security and privacy best practices for PHI/PII data protection in AI workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, vector search, semantic caching).
• Familiarity with NLP, OCR/ML, and document processing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• AI Platform Evaluation, design and integration of LLMs and AI tooling.
• Provide input on security posture, architecture fit, and total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with architecture to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise patterns and compliance.
• Partner with rapid prototyping developers to shape AI features for scalability and quality.
• Operationalize autonomous coding workflows with governance and metrics.
• Document data onboarding and mapping workflows for clients.
• Lead enablement activities to drive adoption across teams.
