Antares is seeking a senior User Enablement Technologist, AVP, to lead hands-on design and delivery of AI-enabled end-user solutions. The role demands partnering with business stakeholders and governance teams to deliver practical, well-governed automation that measurably improves productivity across the firm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
• 7+ years building/end-user enablement roles (solutions engineering, automation, IT product ownership, or senior tech support).
• 3+ years delivering AI/enterprise AI solutions, including prompts, agents, and integration with business systems.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong scripting and REST API integration skills.
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem for end-user productivity.
• Experience delivering within governance models (intake, architecture review, security review).
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical recommendations for business audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and deliver AI-enabled solutions—assistants, agents, automations, and integrations for day-to-day productivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand real work processes and translate needs into concrete requirements.
• Pilot emerging AI and productivity tech, forming evidence-based positions on usefulness.
• Modernize manual processes using approved AI capabilities with proper governance and documentation.
• Develop integrations across productivity, service management and work management platforms via scripting and APIs.
• Provide end-user support and light platform configuration to improve productivity.
• Prepare intake submissions, architecture and security review materials for leadership review.
