Antares Capital LP is seeking a User Enablement Technologist, AVP to design and deliver practical AI-enabled solutions that enhance end-user productivity across the firm. The role partners with business stakeholders and governance teams to ensure compliant, scalable implementations.

You will mentor business teams, work hands-on in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and drive adoption while balancing governance and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering end-user technology solutions.
• Strong scripting and REST API integration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to mentor business teams and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver AI-enabled solutions for end users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
