Job summary

Synechron is seeking a senior AI enablement professional to map and optimize BAU tasks across US/UK teams. You will lead the design, development, and publishing of Copilot agents and skills across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

Expect governance reviews, data residency considerations, and a focus on responsible AI. You will run training sessions, brown bag events, and adoption programs to maximize productivity and ensure smooth handover with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, build and publish of Copilot agents.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and opportunity assessment with US/UK teams.
• Delivery of brown bag sessions on Copilot tools.
• Design and build of agents and skills for Corporate Platforms use.
• Drive adoption through champions and follow-up clinics.
• Governance and responsible AI alignment with data residency considerations.
• Document solutions and handover with ownership for each agent/skill.
