Elios, Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant to help a global technology consulting firm unlock practical AI uses within a large, governed enterprise. You will train teams in the US and UK on Copilot variants, build reusable agents and prompts, and create governance and documentation for independent operation.

This is a remote 12-month contract with swift start and a focus on measurable adoption. You’ll design trainings, publish agents, curate a prompt library, and ensure all solutions

About the Role

We're hiring an AI Enablement Consultant to help an internal corporate technology group find practical uses for AI in its day-to-day operational, support, and administrative work, then make those uses stick. You'll train teams in the US and UK on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, and Copilot Studio, build a small set of reusable agents, skills, and prompts with them, and leave behind the governance and documentation they need to run it all on their own.

The engagement is with a global technology consulting firm delivering AI transformation for a large, highly governed enterprise. It's a 12-month remote contract with a three-step interview process, and the team wants someone who can start as soon as possible.

Success here is measured by adoption. If you'd rather coach a team to build its own agents than hand over something nobody maintains, this role is a good fit.

What You'll Do

• Map business-as-usual, operational, and administrative activities with US and UK colleagues, and spot where AI or automation saves time or improves quality
• Prioritize opportunities by value, effort, risk, and readiness, and keep an agreed backlog of use cases, tools, and owners (the first version is due within two weeks of starting)
• Design and run brown bag sessions, workshops, and follow-up clinics across US Eastern and UK hours, recorded for later use
• Tailor training for technical and non-technical audiences, and set up champions who keep adoption going
• Build and publish agents and skills in Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork, integrated with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Automate
• Build alongside the team rather than in isolation, so they can extend what you create
• Curate a prompt library for common tasks
• Track adoption, usage, and time savings; gather feedback and adjust the approach
• Keep every solution inside the organization's AI governance, licensing, and approval process, including license-owner sign-off and UK and EU data residency limits on which models can be used
• Document agents, build standards, governance decisions, owners, and support arrangements, then complete a structured handover

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, and Copilot Studio, including designing, building, and publishing agents
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Automate
• A record of delivering measurable productivity gains through AI and automation in an enterprise
• Experience designing and delivering training, both virtual and in person, for mixed audiences
• Sound understanding of data protection, responsible AI, UK and EU data residency, and enterprise licensing and approval controls
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across US and UK time zones
• The ability to turn a business problem into an AI solution someone else can maintain

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications in Copilot, AI, or Power Platform
• Experience with SharePoint-based intranets or corporate web platforms
• Prior enterprise AI enablement or adoption programs
