Job summary

Antares Capital LP seeks an experienced User Enablement Technologist, AVP, to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions that boost end‑user productivity across the firm. You will mentor business teams, collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Data, PMO and Architecture, and embed governance in every solution.

You will apply deep knowledge of the Microsoft productivity ecosystem, build integrations, pilot new AI technologies, and drive adoption with measurable outcomes while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional technology experience in roles that directly support end users — such as solutions engineering, automation, systems engineering, IT product ownership or senior technical support.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on enterprise AI or large language model platforms, including prompt and context design, assistants or agents, and integration with business systems.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity — taking a loosely defined business problem through discovery, design, delivery and handoff without close supervision.
• Practical scripting and integration ability, including a modern scripting language and consumption of REST APIs to connect systems and automate manual work.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem — Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps and Teams — to improve end-user productivity.
• Experience delivering within technology governance — intake, architecture review, security review and change control.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver AI-enabled solutions — assistants, agents, automations and workflow integrations — used in day-to-day production.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand how work gets done and translate requests into actionable requirements.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging AI and productivity technologies within approved firm platforms.
• Modernize manual processes using approved AI and automation capabilities with proper governance.
• Build and maintain integrations across productivity, service management and work management platforms.
• Provide end-user support and AI platform troubleshooting with focus on productivity outcomes.
• Prepare architecture and security review materials for leadership review.
• Operate within the firm’s governance model and document handling paths.
