In the near term, you will roll out enterprise AI tools across the organization, handle onboarding, and address adoption blockers. The long-term mission is to become genuinely AI native, scaling impact with tools like M365 Copilot and Claude.

Qualifications

• Expert-level practitioner of enterprise AI tools.
• Prototyping, scripting, and building integrations.
• Experience embedding with business teams.
• Ability to design reusable AI patterns.
• Comfort evaluating new AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise tool rollout: onboarding, integrations, access issues.
• Build early proofs of concept with pilot teams.
• Partner with cybersecurity, legal, data ethics and training.
• Embed with business teams to understand workflows.
• Design and build reusable patterns and libraries.
• Feed learnings into company-wide best practices and governance.
• Teach and transfer knowledge to teams.
