Job summary

LevelTen Energy is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Enablement Specialist to act as the internal AI expert, building agentic workflows, governance, and security practices across the Claude ecosystem. The role sits in IT but works enterprise-wide to uplift teams and scale AI capabilities.

You will train staff, prototype AI solutions, and partner with department heads to identify high-impact use cases, while ensuring ISO 27001 and SOC 2 alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on AI-related role with at least 2 years building AI systems.
• Deep Claude ecosystem fluency with hands-on experience.
• Proven AI builder with demos/workflows and API experience.
• AI security awareness, ISO 27001, SOC 2 familiarity.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to prioritize.
• Strong communication across engineers and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain agentic workflows, AI automations, and lightweight integrations across the Claude ecosystem.
• Prototype solutions, troubleshoot, and serve as the go-to AI resource for employees.
• Advise on AI security, governance, data classification, access controls, and audit logging.
• Deliver one-on-one and small group sessions to uplift non-technical staff on Claude usage.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify AI-driven workflow opportunities.
• Design intake processes and adoption metrics; track and improve AI usage.
