Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead intake, advisory, and delivery of enterprise AI initiatives across business units. You will translate business needs into technical deployments, align with IT and Enterprise Systems, and define timelines.

You will design governance for AI workflows, build integrations with Claude Enterprise, Copilot, and Azure AI, and champion secure, scalable deployments while guiding stakeholders through complex technology decisions.

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise AI tooling (Claude Enterprise, Copilot, Azure AI).
MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or API integration experience.
Prompt engineering and system prompt architecture.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Strong project management and intake triage skills.

Responsibilities

Review and triage AI workflow and tooling requests from PAR business units.
Assess feasibility, complexity, and risk; recommend tooling and delivery timeline.
Advise stakeholders on scope, dependencies, and IT requirements.
Maintain an intake tracker and communicate status to leadership.
Design governed AI workflows with Claude Enterprise, Copilot, Azure AI.
Develop and maintain system prompts, knowledge files, and MCP integrations.
Coordinate IT & Enterprise collaboration for production readiness.
