Job summary

LevelTen Energy is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Enablement Specialist to lead internal AI strategy and build agentic workflows. You will work within IT, collaborating with department heads and the security team to scale Claude-based solutions securely.

You’ll train staff, establish governance, and drive adoption metrics while aligning AI initiatives with LevelTen Energy’s mission in the Seattle hybrid office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on tech experience with AI building.
• Direct Claude ecosystem experience and ownership of projects.
• Proven ability to build workflows, not just prompt.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / NIST frameworks a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain agentic AI workflows and automations.
• Lead AI governance, security, data classification, and audit logging.
• Coach employees in Claude usage with practical sessions.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases with dept heads.
• Create intake processes, adoption metrics, and feedback loops.
• Stay current with AI landscape and vendor security reviews.
