Job summary

LevelTen Energy is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Enablement Specialist to serve as the internal AI expert, building agentic workflows, implementing AI governance, and training teams on the Claude ecosystem. This IC role sits in IT with broad independence to guide AI across the organization.

You will prototype solutions, ensure secure adoption, and work with department heads to identify high-impact AI use cases, tracking adoption and effectiveness across LevelTen’s hybrid Seattle operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in AI development or related fields with at least 2 years building AI solutions as an individual contributor.
• Deep Claude ecosystem fluency, including Claude Skills, Artifacts, Projects, Cowork, and MCP usage.
• Proven AI builder with workflows, agents, or integrations and comfort with APIs and prompt engineering.
• AI security awareness, data flows, prompt injection risks, and familiarity with ISO 27001/SOC 2 or NIST.

Responsibilities

• AI Building & Automation: build, deploy, and maintain agentic workflows and AI automations within Claude ecosystem.
• AI Security & Governance: advise on governance, controls, audit logging, and vendor security reviews.
• Enablement & Uplift: train and uplift non-technical staff to build automations and use AI effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: identify workflows and deploy solutions with department heads.
• Process Building & Metrics: design intake, adoption metrics, and feedback loops from scratch.
• Market Research: assess tools against security standards and practical business value.
