Job summary

IRIS Software Group seeks an Enterprise AI Lead to own the AI toolset (Claude, Copilot, Agent Studios) and govern deployments. You will partner with Security, Data Protection and IT to ensure safe, cost‑controlled AI adoption and measurable business value.

You will develop education materials, run AI Champions networks and translate business needs into practical, governed AI solutions across departments.

Qualifications

• Qualified to A level standard or equivalent, or able to demonstrate relevant industry experience in enterprise technology governance.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot and enterprise productivity tooling is highly desirable.
• Experience with Claude, AI platforms, agent tooling, connectors or integration governance would be beneficial.
• ITIL, project delivery, product ownership, security or governance qualifications would be advantageous, but practical experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI toolset from a Group IT perspective, including Claude, Copilot, Agent Studios, MCPs, connectors and standards.
• Review new enterprise AI technologies for controlled deployment across IRIS.
• Define, maintain and govern central configuration standards for enterprise AI platforms.
• Create and operate standards for department-created agents and lifecycle management.
• Govern MCPs, connectors and integrations with approved use cases and documentation.
• Work with Security and Data Protection to ensure AI controls and risk decisions are managed.
• Manage FinOps activities with ITAM, Finance and Procurement.
• Drive education, playbooks, showcases and office hours to enable safe AI usage.
