Qualifications

• Bachelors degree directly related to the position or equivalent.
• Masters degree directly related to the position or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in training, enablement, instructional design, or related function.
• Certs in learning design, facilitation, Microsoft 365, or AI tooling preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enablement programs and learning journeys.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical enablement with cross‑functional teams.
• Design and facilitate workshops, webinars, labs, and office hours.
• Assess needs, determine priorities, and align with AI maturity and goals.
• Create content and resources like playbooks, guides, and tutorials.
• Build and maintain knowledge base materials and resources.
• Incorporate responsible AI, data handling, and compliance standards.
• Stay current on AI tools and features across the org.
• Analyze usage trends and feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Deliver enablement components for AI rollouts and launches.
• Define measures of effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Continue learning about AI trends and enablement best practices.
