Job summary

Synchrony seeks a VP, Head of AI Enablement to lead enterprise programs that drive responsible AI adoption and an exceptional employee experience. You will partner across legal, compliance, HR, and technology to translate AI strategy into practical enablement and narratives that resonate with diverse associates.

You will design adoption journeys, manage champion networks, and scale high-value AI use cases that improve productivity and customer outcomes, while tracking engagement and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years of experience in employee experience, enterprise enablement, change management, or strategic program leadership.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise adoption programs for new tools or digital capabilities.
• Experience partnering across legal, compliance, risk, and other functions in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate AI topics into practical guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI enablement programs that help associates understand, access, and responsibly use approved AI tools.
• Develop and execute the AI employee experience strategy including adoption journeys and communications.
• Drive rollout of AI tools and use cases with launch readiness and post-launch learning loops.
• Partner with legal, compliance, privacy, and other functions to ensure responsible enablement initiatives.
• Manage internal AI communities, learning forums, and ambassador programs.
• Create enablement materials, playbooks, FAQs, and demos for diverse audiences.
• Define and track adoption metrics and use insights to improve programs.
• Support external AI marketing and thought leadership topics with stakeholders.
