LiveRamp is seeking a seasoned business transformation professional to lead AI-enabled, cross-functional initiatives that improve operating efficiency and employee experience. You will partner with IT, the AI Center of Excellence, and business leaders to translate needs into measurable programs.

Working across Commercial, Finance, and Customer Engagement, you will map processes, quantify value, and drive adoption while collaborating with privacy, security, legal, and data teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into processes or user stories.
• Experience analyzing current-state and future-state processes to boost efficiency and experience.
• Experience redesigning cross-functional processes and delivering roadmaps.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Data-driven with ability to establish baselines and measure value.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and deadlines.
• Experience documenting workflows, procedures, and governance artifacts.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, data, and enterprise integrations and their risks.
• Comfort working with privacy, security, legal, compliance in delivery lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, economics, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
