Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office. You will manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across all transformation workstreams, leveraging AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and governance visibility.

You will coordinate with Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators, ensuring an integrated progress view while maintaining cadence, risk logs, and action

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management at a top-tier firm or complex enterprise delivery
• Proven ability to design and maintain program operating rhythms for exec audiences
• Experience leveraging AI-powered project management and automation to improve visibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams
• Track budget actuals, surface variances, and support governance reporting to leadership
• Leverage AI-powered project management tools to streamline program operations
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to maintain integrated progress view
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking
