YouLend Limited in Atlanta seeks a Transformation Lead to own performance and strategy for US operations. You will drive a transformation roadmap across Credit Operations, Sales, and merchant journeys, translating opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead 2-3 Transformation Associates, set priorities, and collaborate with Developers to deliver impactful improvements. This is a high-visibility, analytical leadership role focused on growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong data analysis and KPI-driven decision making.
• Comfortable working with AI and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Production Line to own the performance and strategy of our operational teams, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and scalability.
• Build a deep understanding of operational performance through data, developing the KPIs and insights needed to identify opportunities, diagnose problems and measure impact.
• Own the transformation roadmap for US Operations, prioritising and delivering the highest-impact initiatives across Credit Operations, Sales and the merchant journey.
• Lead and develop a team of 2-3 Transformation Associates, setting priorities, guiding problem-solving and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact.
• Partner directly with our Developers to deliver scalable solutions, translating operational opportunities into technical and product improvements.
