Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years experience or 10+ with a Master’s.
• Product management experience in software-intensive environments.
• SAFe POPM certification or equivalent Agile PM credential.
• Experience owning a Program Backlog and PI Planning content authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the Program Backlog for the ART and prioritize Features.
• Serve as content authority for PI Planning and enter Features into each PI.
• Decompose Features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate program roadmap into ART feature delivery plans with milestones.
• Define feature acceptance criteria and validate via demonstrations.
• Manage ART-level stakeholders including customers and engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-ART dependencies and sequencing with peers.
• Drive feature prioritization using data-informed frameworks.
• Maintain ART-level metrics on feature throughput and value delivery.
• Champion AI-first engineering practices to improve quality and delivery.
