Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Slalom Flex (Project Based) to join an onsite team in Centennial, CO. You’ll partner with engineers, architects, designers, and data specialists to translate business intent into clear product direction and lead AI-enabled delivery in fast‑moving pods.

Responsibilities include governance, defining product scope with acceptance criteria tied to OKRs, managing the lifecycle from concept to launch, and maintaining a shared context hub with AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Product/Project/Program management experience with Agile and AI integration.
• Able to translate business intent into product direction and user stories with OKRs.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, data teams, and leadership.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-enabled delivery workflows.
• Experience bridging business and technical teams; backlog management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define governance and Agile cadence; surface data for client decisions.
• Partner with Product Owners to define product and stories tied to OKRs.
• Own lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond; collect feedback and plan iterations.
• Maintain the project context hub and use AI tooling to keep it current.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues/risks, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders on technical approach and toolchain.
• Apply AI prompts and workflows to support requirements, documentation, and backlog.
• Test ideas with lightweight prototypes and use feedback to refine direction.
