Job summary

Slalom seeks an Architect-level Solution Owner to guide AI-enabled delivery with engineers, architects, designers, and data specialists. You will translate business intent into a clear product direction, lead AI-driven Agile delivery teams, and ensure strategy, scope, delivery health, and value are aligned from concept through launch and iteration.

Your experience in product, project, or program management with Agile+AI will help define governance, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes while

Qualifications

Years of product development leadership using Agile and AI.
Ability to translate business intent into product direction.
Experience leading AI-enabled delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Define and manage project governance, cadence, Agile events, and reporting.
Partner with Product Owners to define the product, validate assumptions, and produce specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, collecting feedback and planning iterations.
Maintain the project context hub as a shared source of truth across strategy, decisions, requirements, risks, and technical context.
Lead delivery teams by managing issues and risks, facilitating meetings, and providing status updates.
Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate technical approach and document toolchains.
Build and refine prompts, templates, and repeatable AI workflows for requirements and backlog management.
Test ideas via lightweight prototypes and apply feedback to steer product direction.
Travel may be required depending on client needs.
