Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Product Delivery Manager (Slalom Flex) to lead client product initiatives in a highly iterative, agile setting. You will own the backlog, translate strategy into concrete user stories, and partner with product managers and stakeholders to drive priorities and align roadmaps.

This role emphasizes hands-on delivery, clear communication, and rapid value realization on site in the Denver area.

Qualifications

Experience owning and managing agile product backlogs.
Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, capabilities, and features.
Proven track record delivering in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog for one or more agile teams.
Translate product strategy into defined capabilities, epics, features, and user stories.
Prioritize backlog items based on business value and delivery readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders and product management to align roadmaps.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Clarify requirements and answer questions to reduce ambiguity.
Support the Scrum Master to remove blockers and improve delivery flow.
Monitor progress toward feature completion and adjust priorities as needed.
Ensure delivered functionality aligns with user needs and business objectives.
