Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Product Strategy Consultant who will guide clients on transforming their products and experiences with human-centered, data-informed, and AI-enabled approaches. You will work on research, revenue analytics, and service design across product, marketing, sales, service, and technology, shaping solutions that deliver lasting impact.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, facilitate workshops, and travel as needed, with compensation transparent across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy or management consulting at a management consulting firm, digital agency, product shop, or full-service creative agency.
• Experience collaborating on complex workstreams across disciplines.
• Comfort experimenting with agentic AI flows and prototyping tools to enhance strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy — shaping the vision, positioning, and roadmap for products that win in the market by being genuinely built around customer needs and long-term business viability.
• Strategic Planning — turning ambiguity into direction through roadmaps, maturity assessments, and transformation plans that give organizations a clear path forward.
• Workshop Facilitation — designing and leading sessions that cut through complexity, align stakeholders, and turn conversation into committed action.
