Job summary
Slalom seeks an Architect-level Solution Owner to drive AI-enabled Agile delivery for client solutions. You will partner with engineers, architects, designers, and data specialists to translate business intent into product direction and ensure alignment from concept to launch and beyond.
You will define governance, collaborate with Product Owners on specifications and acceptance criteria, and lead delivery teams while maintaining a shared hub of decisions and risks. Travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Years of product development or delivery experience using Agile methodologies.
- Experience applying AI to delivery work and driving outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable product direction.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern Agile delivery with clear cadence and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define product scope, specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead AI-enabled delivery teams from concept through launch and iteration.
- Maintain the project context hub with strategy, decisions, requirements, and risks.
- Guide teams, manage issues and risks, and provide status updates.
- Document toolchains and collaborate with engineering leadership on architecture.
