Job summary

Slalom seeks an Architect-level Solution Owner to lead AI-enabled Agile delivery with engineers, designers, and data specialists. You will translate business intent into product direction, define clear specifications, and own the lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

You will partner with Product Owners, manage governance, and use AI tooling to keep documentation and backlog aligned with outcomes. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Several years of product development experience using Agile methodologies and leveraging AI across the software lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business intent into clear product direction and deliverables.
• Experience applying AI to real delivery work and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project governance, cadence, Agile events, and delivery reporting.
• Partner with Product Owners to define product scope, specs, and acceptance criteria tied to OKRs.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
• Maintain a unified project context hub across strategy, decisions, and technical context using AI tooling.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues and risks, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate approach and document toolchains.
