Responsibilities

• Lead business‑led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments.
• Define target‑state roadmaps balancing value, governance and adoption.
• Design AI‑assisted solutions, including prompt strategy and data grounding.
• Coach analysts, consultants, and engineers to deliver client‑ready work.
