Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Engineer in San Francisco to partner with recruiters, build AI-assisted hiring workflows, and turn recruiter-driven skills into scalable assets. You will lead education initiatives, pair on prompts and agent workflows, and deliver pilots that can graduate into production.

You will collaborate with governance and People/Product teams to ensure safe and effective deployment, while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a technical enablement role.
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications and workflows, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, and evaluation.
• Strong programming skills (Python, TypeScript) and a pragmatic approach to internal tooling.
• Great ability to teach audiences without engineering backgrounds and translate AI concepts into actionable practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical advisor to the Recruiting organization — embedded with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Develop fast prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows that education alone can't solve, with a clear graduation path into production stacks.
• Create technical content for recruiting audiences: documentation, tutorials, sample skills, and walkthroughs.
