Anthropic Limited is seeking an AI Research Recruiter to partner with our Research teams in San Francisco. You will identify, engage, and hire top AI researchers and ML researchers to support safety and beneficial AI initiatives, while ensuring a rigorous and inclusive hiring process.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, scale recruiting programs, and elevate Anthropic's presence within the academic and research communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting supporting technical research teams.
• Passion for AI's potential and responsible AI risk awareness.
• Experience with innovative recruiting strategies and non-traditional talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire qualified candidates in AI/ML research.
• Partner with Research hiring managers to understand needs and map team fit.
• Enhance recruiting processes to remove biases and improve candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to align talent acquisition with long-term company goals.
• Strengthen Anthropic's employer brand within the research community.
