Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or related enablement role.
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications and workflows.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Ability to translate AI concepts for non-engineers.
• Judgment to know when enablement, support, or software is needed.
• Strong communication with recruiters and engineers.
• Passion for safe and beneficial technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical advisor to Recruiting teams embedded with recruiters and coordinators.
• Lead education efforts to codify and teach recruiter-built skills across the org.
• Collaborate hands-on with recruiters on prompts, prompts and workflows; document patterns.
• Develop fast prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows with graduation paths.
• Collaborate with AI governance and production teams to hand off pilots.
• Identify patterns and share insights with Recruiting leadership and Data Solutions.
