Job summary

Socure in New York hires a Sr. Program Manager, Performance to design, run, and improve our performance operating system. You will own goal-setting, check-ins, feedback, recognition, and reviews, partnering on calibration and talent mapping with data-informed insight.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in program/HR roles, experience with analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled coaching, and a track record of delivering end-to-end programs in fast-paced tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–8+ years in program or HR/People programs.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end performance or talent programs.
• Strong analytics, data storytelling, and dashboard-building capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance operating system: goal-setting, check-ins, feedback, recognition, reviews.
• Administer and optimize performance platforms (15Five, Workday) and adoption.
• Design and run recognition programs and measure impact on engagement.
• Lead calibration for performance ratings across teams and functions.
• Partner with Total Rewards on talent cycles and pay-for-performance linkage.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to synthesize data and guide decisions.
• Create playbooks, templates, and communications; automate recurring workflows.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to ensure adoption and localization.
