Job summary

Socure is seeking a Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Insights to design, run, and continuously improve programs that keep Socure healthy as it scales. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years in organizational effectiveness, program mgmt, people analytics, or change management.
• Proven end-to-end engagement survey program ownership or similar diagnostics.
• Experience with change management frameworks; CCMP/Prosci a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics and storytelling with survey/data.
• Experience with operating model or org design work is a plus.
• Strong PM skills and ability to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of engagement survey programs—from design to action planning.
• Consolidate listening data into dashboards; identify trends and track progress.
• Support operating model design, role definitions, and governance.
• Build org health diagnostics and translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop and own change management playbooks, templates, and frameworks for org changes.
• Partner with AI Ops Committee, HRBPs, and leaders to assess how AI reshapes workflows and orgs.
• Plan and execute strategic talent & culture projects with Head of Talent Development and People Partners.
• Create repeatable playbooks and automate workflows using AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure programs are adopted and data-driven for leadership.
