Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations in an AI-native delivery framework. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, partnering with Migration Leads, Professional Services, and SI Partners to ensure rapid value realization for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes, managing cross-functional delivery teams, and running time-bound client engagements with milestone discipline.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating delivery with Professional Services teams, System Integrators, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, keeping them unblocked and aligned on scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into clear business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and reviews, mapping requirements to standardized target patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation and accelerate delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead handoffs post-migration.
