CVS Health is seeking a Journey Activation & Optimization Analyst to translate customer engagement strategy into high-quality, scalable execution. This role collaborates across Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Content, and Delivery teams to improve journey performance with AI-enabled optimization.

The analyst will own end-to-end journeys, ensure readiness, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements through dashboards and insights,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in end-to-end customer engagement or journey programs.
• 3+ years SQL, data querying, reporting, automation in martech.
• 3+ years translating strategy into clear execution requirements.
• 3+ years journey execution including QA, launch, monitoring.
• 3+ years turning data insights into improvements and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of customer journeys from brief to post-mortem.
• Translate priorities into engagement plans with targeting, offers, content, and timelines.
• Partner with Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Content, and Delivery teams.
• Define data, orchestration, and workflow requirements for delivery readiness.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate audience logic and delivery quality.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor deliverability and channel health, with incident response and change management.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and optimize journey performance.
• Apply AI capabilities to optimize journeys and reduce redundancy.
• Create dashboards for disposition, performance, and outcomes.
