CVS Health Corporation in Austin is seeking a Journey Activation & Optimization Analyst to translate customer engagement strategy into actionable journeys. You will own end-to-end execution from brief through build, QA, launch, and post-mortem review, partnering with Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, and Legal/Compliance.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled optimization, dashboarding, and continuous improvement to reduce redundancy and improve performance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of strategic and technical experience in end-to-end customer engagement, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or journey-based programs.
• 3+ years of analytical and technical skills using SQL and marketing tech platforms for journey execution and optimization.
• 3+ years translating business strategy into clear execution requirements across tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• 3+ years of journey execution including targeting, segmentation, QA, launch, and performance monitoring.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end execution of customer journeys from brief through build, QA, launch, insights, and post-mortem review.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable engagement plans with targeting, segmentation, and content requirements.
• Partner with Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Content, and Communication Delivery teams to define requirements and ensure scalable execution.
• Monitor channel health, deliverability, incidents, and governance; identify risks and blockers and drive resolution.
• Create and monitor dashboards to connect operational performance, customer outcomes, and business results.
