CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Journey Activation & Optimization Analyst to leverage technology and data to translate customer engagement strategy into scalable, high‑quality execution.

You will collaborate across Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Content, and Communication Delivery to drive AI‑enabled optimization and reliable delivery of connected journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in end-to-end customer engagement, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or journey-based programs.
• 3+ years SQL for data querying, reporting, automation, and marketing tech platforms supporting journey execution.
• 3+ years translating business strategy into clear execution requirements across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3+ years journey execution including targeting, segmentation, QA, launch, and performance monitoring.
• 3+ years turning data insights into execution improvements, dashboards, or process recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of customer journeys from brief through build, QA, launch, ongoing insights, and post-mortem review.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable engagement plans, including targeting, segmentation rules, decision logic, offers, content needs, timelines, and execution requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Content, and Communication Delivery to define requirements and ensure scalable execution.
• Connect business strategy to technical execution by translating journey objectives into data, orchestration, system setup, workflow design, and delivery readiness.
• Monitor delivery quality, including QA testing, risk management, and post-launch optimization, using dashboards and analytics.
