Babylist is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to partner with senior leadership on consolidations, opex, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, and board reporting.

You will own FP&A processes, build models, analyze variances, and drive AI-enabled automation across finance workflows while maintaining rigorous accuracy.

This remote-first role offers growth, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and opportunities to shape the company's financial story.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with end-to-end ownership.
• Fluency in financial statements and monetary storytelling for execs.
• Advanced modeling and large data analysis capability.
• Strong written and oral communication for board briefs.
• Independent ownership with proactive problem solving.
• Commitment to accuracy, self-QC, and source-to-deck traceability.
• Experience applying AI to automate reporting and analysis.
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Nice to have: planning systems, SQL/BI familiarity, MBA or CPA.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes end to end.
• Develop deep understanding of Babylist’s model and levers for growth.
• Contribute to executive and board materials with accurate data.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and cash flow models.
• Analyze variance with data-grounded commentary.
• Lead budgeting with cross-functional collaboration and controls.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses for decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and surface risks to leadership.
• Identify AI automation opportunities across FP&A workflows.
