Qualifications

• Deep ecommerce finance fluency and metrics understanding.
• Advanced financial modeling with Excel/Sheets and large datasets.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving and ambiguity handling.
• Executive- and board-ready communication with data visualization.
• Strong accuracy checks and quality control in financial outputs.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in finance workflows.
• Pricing and promotions decision experience with ROI focus.
• Familiarity with FP&A systems like NetSuite/Budgeting or Hyperion.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly financial reviews for Ecommerce, analyzing sales, margins, and trends.
• Lead Ecommerce forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with cross-functional partners.
• Drive pricing and promotional analyses, ROI evaluation and optimization.
• Assess Co-Op, DDA, and rebates for financial impact and accruals.
• Deliver SKU- and department-level revenue through margin reporting.
• Ensure data integrity of key ecommerce metrics with Data/Engineering.
• Build dynamic dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive explanations of variances.
• Establish and manage new financial processes and reporting frameworks.
• Leverage financial systems to provide visibility against targets.
• Contribute to board presentations, planning, and long-range forecasting.
• Identify AI-enabled improvements across FP&A workflows to increase speed.
