3E is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. In this high-visibility role, you will drive enterprise-level growth by building relationships with key decision-makers and pursuing new business opportunities across a dynamic, expanding market.

This role is built for a true hunter, someone who doesn’t wait for leads but actively creates them. You take full ownership of the top of the funnel, using research, insight, and persistence to identify and engage the right prospects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales.
• Proven success closing six-figure deals with a consultative selling approach.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of identifying, pursuing and winning new logos.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise growth across core product families.
• Generate and scale a self-generated pipeline through outbound outreach.
• Own the enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Engage with C-level executives to align 3E solutions with strategic goals.
• Craft tailored proposals with industry experts and manage product trials.
