Job summary

Chase is seeking an Email Implementation Lead to join the Channel Execution Team. You will develop, test, and support HTML email communications used across customer journeys, acting as the go-to expert for email HTML and advising stakeholders on feasible approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Hands-on experience developing HTML emails with table-based layouts and inline CSS.
Experience QAing and troubleshooting email rendering across clients.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding email HTML/CSS vs general web development feasibility.
Experience using AI models in a development workflow to improve speed/quality.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and support HTML email communications used across customer journeys.
Serve as primary contact for email HTML questions; translate requirements into builds.
Create AI-ready, modular email templates with robust metadata and reuse patterns.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and delivery teams to translate concepts into solutions.
Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement robust fallbacks across clients.
Document best practices and reusable patterns; improve consistency and speed.
Apply accessibility-minded development practices in email constraints.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate implementation, QA, and variation generation.
