Job summary

Hightouch is hiring an AI Creative Designer, Email to lead the creative strategy for enterprise email campaigns and translate brand guidelines into agentic workflows. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering to produce on-brand lifecycle emails that scale across brands and channels.

You will define the creative standards, push for performance improvements, and help shape product workflows to ensure the platform delivers effective, brand-consistent email experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing real lifecycle programs, emails, and product launches.
• Deep email design experience across onboarding, nurture, retention and win-back.
• Proficiency with AI tools and generative models used in marketing workflows.
• Experience with enterprise clients, reviews, legal approvals, and brand governance.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing metrics and how design impacts engagement and revenue.
• Demonstrated good taste and ability to articulate why a design works.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements with client marketing teams.
• Set the creative bar for on-brand email across campaigns.
• Drive performance through A/B tests and optimization of open/click/conversion rates.
• Shape product workflows and model behavior to influence future releases.
• Document patterns and build a scalable playbook for brand-wide adoption.
