Job summary

Imprint is seeking an Email Automation & QA Specialist to own and optimize email production. You will design AI-assisted workflows, implement an AI QA layer, and own final human QA to ensure precise, scalable email campaigns.

You will work with Braze, Liquid templates, and localization across partner programs, building robust content catalogs and automated checks to improve reliability as we scale.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail to catch edge cases and ensure error-free output.
• Experience building or operating automation (AI-assisted workflows, scripts, or no-code/low-code tools) in production.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting, update, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new email templates in Braze from components, ensuring output matches Figma and approved copy.
• Build and maintain reusable content blocks and catalog entries across partner programs.
• Manage localization and versioning across growing template libraries.
• Flag structural issues with design technologists and improve underlying systems.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to convert designs and copy into content structures for reusable templates.
• Create an AI QA checklist run before human review and maintain QA tooling outputs.
• Perform end-to-end human QA on each email before deployment, including proofreading, link validation, and rendering checks.
• Run inbox testing and document issues prior to deployment, iterating from learnings.
• Develop lightweight tools or prompts to standardize tasks and raise QA quality.
• Maintain documentation and versioning of automations as requirements evolve.
