Job summary

Hightouch is hiring an AI Creative Designer (Email) to lead enterprise email creative, translating brand guidelines into agentic AI workflows for scalable lifecycle campaigns. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, product, and engineering to define email systems and ship work to millions of inboxes.

The role emphasizes strong portfolio work, deep email design experience, and fluency with modern AI tools to push outputs toward a distinct brand voice at scale.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing real lifecycle programs, email campaigns, and product launches is required.
• Deep email design experience across onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back programs.
• Fluency with AI tools and generative models; experience testing image/text models and node-based UIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements and partner with lifecycle and marketing teams to accelerate adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform.
• Translate brand identity and goals into agentic workflows, prompts, and guardrails to produce on-brand email and lifecycle creative.
• Produce creative that demonstrates feasibility and sets the bar for platform-generated output.
• Drive performance through A/B testing, iterate based on results, and build playbooks for opens, clicks, conversions, and deliverability.
• Provide product feedback by identifying friction, refining workflows, and influencing model/product behavior.
• Document repeatable patterns and build knowledge to scale quality across customers.
