Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Email Implementation Lead (AI-Enabled) to develop, test, and support HTML email communications used across customer journeys.

You will lead email HTML builds, advise stakeholders, and apply AI-assisted approaches to accelerate development and quality. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams, implement modular templates, and ensure accessibility and cross-client compatibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, CS, or related field.
• Hands-on HTML email development with table-based layouts, inline CSS.
• QA and troubleshooting rendering across email clients/devices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Understanding email HTML/CSS vs web development.
• Experience using AI models in a development workflow.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive HTML email templates/modules optimized for major email clients and devices.
• Build and maintain AI-ready modular email templates with taxonomy and machine-readable structure.
• Implement and govern template metadata standards for AI-assisted content assembly.
• Build reusable template patterns for faster iteration and safer reuse.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders on email HTML questions.
• Partner with design, marketing, and delivery teams to translate concepts into technically sound email solutions.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement robust fallbacks.
• Leverage AI models to accelerate implementation, QA, and variation generation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and reusable patterns.
• Apply accessibility-minded email development practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with tooling and process enhancements.
