Job summary

Qualitrol is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Analytics as a Service in the United States. You will own the customer journey from order to renewal, coordinating with DevOps, Product Owner, Engineering, Sales and Customer IT to deploy analytics services and achieve measurable outcomes.

You will develop VOC processes, drive adoption, monitor service health and automate provisioning while expanding the portfolio to future analytics offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial software deployment.
• Experience with SaaS, networking and cybersecurity implementation issues.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer journey from order through deployment, adoption, value realization and renewal.
• Coordinate with DevOps, Product Owner, Engineering, Sales and Customer IT teams.
• Lead service deployments and expand analytics offerings.
• Establish VOC processes with customer visits and advisory boards.
• Develop AI-enabled scaling capabilities to automate onboarding and reporting.
• Monitor service health and automate provisioning and monitoring.
• Drive adoption tracking, KPI dashboards and ROI reporting for measurable outcomes.
• Travel approximately 30–40% domestically and internationally.
