Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in digital success programs or growth marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS adoption programs is desired.
• Knowledge of identity, security, access management and related products.

Responsibilities

• AI‑Driven Automated & Insights Deck Creation using deck automation tools and AI prompting models.
• Collaborate with post‑sales teams to translate customer and product insights into deck content.
• Design scalable solutions for diverse enterprise customer profiles and keep decks aligned with product updates.
• Use AI to analyze product usage data and program performance to inform decisions.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success to gather insights and improve content.
