Qualifications

3–5 years in Success Operations or related field.
Track record delivering cross‑functional work improving outcomes.
Strong analytical judgment with operational data experience.
Proficient with SQL and BI/reporting tools or equivalent data access.
Experience designing processes and scalable automation.
Experience using AI in repeatable work with human oversight.
Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own defined Success Operations programs with goals, milestones, owners and success measures.
Analyze conversion, retention, revenue, cost to serve, and quality data; translate into actionable recommendations.
Improve workflows by clarifying handoffs, documenting procedures and increasing speed and reliability.
Test new approaches including AI tools and lightweight automation; measure impact and coordinate with partners.
Coordinate execution across multiple teams; surface risks, resolve dependencies and communicate decisions.
Build and maintain reporting, playbooks, metrics definitions and quality controls.
