You will lead journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes across multiple entities, while driving automation and audit readiness in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires 7+ years in software or similar settings, GAAP expertise, and on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• AI experience and ability to design, build, and deploy AI agents.
• 7+ years of experience, preferably in software, with a Big 4 foundation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, audit readiness, and Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines.
• BS in Accounting/Finance; CPA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for balance sheet and P&L.
• Lead process improvements to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, scalability, and controls.
• Identify and implement automation/AI-enabled solutions for management reporting.
• Mentor accounting team and support cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
