You will build AI-assisted workflows, own complex areas like ASC 842 and ASC 350-40, partner with Finance Systems/IT, and ensure SOX controls while delivering reliable, auditable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience in public and corporate settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-assisted and automated workflows across consolidations, close, and reconciliation review processes.
• Identify manual or repetitive accounting tasks and redesign them using AI tools, scripting, and system integrations.
• Build scalable workpapers, dashboards, and validation checks with AI-generated variance commentary.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Data, and IT to ensure automated solutions are reliable, auditable, and SOX-compliant.
• Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools and recommend practical applications for Corporate Accounting.
• Ensure AI outputs are validated with professional judgment and technical accounting knowledge.
