Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines.
• BS in Accounting/Finance; CPA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for balance sheet and P&L.
• Lead process improvements to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, scalability, and controls.
• Identify and implement automation/AI-enabled solutions for management reporting.
• Mentor accounting team and support cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
